Hey everyone! I love bananas, but sometimes they go brown too quickly. I’m sure many of you have this problem too. So…what to do? The answer is NOT to throw them away, but to use them in one of these great recipes!
- Fruit smoothie
- Banana dairy-free ice cream
- Banana bread muffins
Peel the banana and slice. Place the sliced banana in a Ziploc bag and freeze. When ready to use, add the frozen banana to your choice of additional fruits and milk. The beauty of the frozen banana is that it replaces ice and doesn’t water down the smoothie!

Banana Bread Muffins
I love banana bread muffins as a quick on-the-go breakfast or a snack. This recipe uses cinnamon sugar, and they are the best banana bread muffins I have come across.
