  • We’re expected to be perfect as women, but it should look effortless
  • Remember, “YOU ARE ENOUGH”
  • Need to develop shame resilience skills
  • Need to give self permission to feel emotions, then talk through it and move on
  • SHAME RESILIENCE is about finding a middle path, stay engaged and find emotional courage to respond in a way that aligns with your values
  • We are hard on others because we are hard on ourselves
  • Join hands and pull through together when it comes to shame, “me too”
  • Empathy requires vulnerability
  • Honest conversations require vulnerability
  • Vulnerability is courageous
  • We cultivate love when we let our deepest self be known
  • We can only love others as much as we love ourselves
  • Are we PRACTICING love, or just professing it?
  • If we are going to get over shame and get back to each other, vulnerability is the path and courage is the light-it allows us to live wholeheartedly
